About Our Logo

As any book lover knows, the cover of a book can be just as important as the words inside. And for Etchings Press, our logo is no exception. Our logo features two cats and a dog - Leonard, Salem, and Daisy - and it holds a special place in our hearts.

Leo and Salem are brothers, both adopted as kittens from a DC animal rescue organization.

Leo is a loving white tabby that shares Salem’s vibrant green eyes and loud purrs.

Salem, an all-black cat, is a mischievous little man and has piercing green eyes.

Both are cuddly and playful sidekicks. The image of the two cats in our logo captures the cozy and intimate feeling that Etchings Press hopes to evoke in our designs.

Daisy, a blonde Bernadoodle, is the newest addition to our team. She is a 10-month-old ball of energy, always ready to play fetch (if she can ever figure it out) or snuggle up while we read a good book.

Daisy has brought a new level of excitement and happiness and we couldn't imagine our team without her.

With her playful energy and affectionate nature, Daisy brings a sense of joy and whimsy to the logo.
